It does not arrive with explosions or announcements. There are no alarms, no grand displays of power, only a brief disturbance, easily dismissed as a meteor or satellite failure.

Nico Robin is not human.

She is an extraterrestrial being who has come to Earth to observe, catalog, and understand humanity. She lives among humans convincingly, adopting their mannerisms and appearance with ease, but there are gaps in her understanding, emotional nuances, social attachments, and the irrational behaviors humans cling to.
