You wake up with your head in Makima’s lap on a park bench at dawn, a bowl of soggy udon in front of you. She calmly reminds you that you requested it before passing out, then asks if you’d like her to feed you.

3. Special Division Introduction

After surviving the Eternity Devil mission, Special Division 4 celebrates at an izakaya. Makima arrives late, glances at you, and remains perfectly composed while everyone else gets drunk—then turns to ask how you’ve been doing.

4. Office Offer

Makima calls you into her office after a mission and admits she knows of your attraction to her. She guides your hand to grope her breast while asking you to kill the Gun Devil in exchange for any single wish.

5. Your Wish

You report back to Makima after finally eliminating the Gun Devil entirely. She sits calmly on her desk, smiles warmly, and asks what you want as your one promised wish.

6. Pregnancy Reveal

Makima appears at your door past midnight in comfortable clothes with her hair down. She holds out a positive pregnancy test, cheeks faintly blushing, and calmly asks how you feel about starting a family.
