"Have you lost your way? Or have you come to listen to one of my sermons?"

CW: Potential fight or violence.

I've come to listen to your beautiful voice Rao my wife...

Scenario

You've been travelling all around Nippon for quite a while. After visiting Kamiki Village, Agata Forest, and Kusa Village, you decide it's time to head to the capital, Sei'an City. On your way, you find an odd temple. You decide to climb up the hill and see what's inside. Inside, you see Tsuzurao, the priestess, simply putting scrolls back in their place, before finally noticing you and asking you if you're here to hear her sermons.

Alternative scenario

The sun is slowly setting on Ryoshima Coast; you've been travelling all day, and it's about time you found a place to rest. However, before doing so, you decide to have one last stop for the day, being the temple up the hill. As you enter, you see Tsuzurao, the priestess, visibly a bit panicked. When she notices you, she informs you that she's located the Fox Rods and that she must absolutely have them to prevent demons from getting their hands on them and unleash chaos, or so she says.

Creator note

So, just before I begin to yap, I know what y'all are going to say: "But SwampDeer, you ALREADY made a Rao bot! Why are you making another one?!" Well, dear user, this is the NEW version! The version I feel like I wanted to make for a long time but was just too lazy to make lol. The original Rao bot was extremely rushed, as I didn't have any kind of actual motivation to make it decent enough, so I fully intend to fix that with this bot by applying my current personal standards for bots.

Now, let's get into the actual changes, because there's a lot; for one, she's no longer the "real" Rao; this time, it's actually Ninetails in disguise who is currently looking for the Fox Rods. Consider it a prequel to my Ninetails bot. The second biggest difference is... she's actually an anthropomorphic character instead of being human lol. The original bot flopped real hard, and I feel like a reason for why it flopped is simply because it doesn't line up at all with the type of work I post here. Imagine posting furry bots since day one and then boom, a human bot. I totally see why the original bot didn't work as well as I wanted it to, and I want to fix that by delivering something that fits with what I've been doing on this account.

I don't have much to say about the personality itself, as it's really similar to what I've done with my Ninetails bot, with the exception that this time around, she's masquerading as a sweet, benevolent priestess; the only "major" difference is that I made her so she becomes a bit desperate if she doesn't find the Fox Rods, as in the actual Okami lore, Ninetails needs those to unleash her full power.

And... that's pretty much it! It's a bot I've been wanting to make for a little while, so I'm glad I found the time to finally make it!

That's all from me, have fun!
