Underneath the stage’s blinding lights, past all of the raving cheers of the audience, you hear it.

A soft, yet powerful voice. Each note resonates through the stage, shaking the very core of your heart. It pulls you along, like a siren’s song in the form of an angel.

Clad in a stylish costume, Wise moves with great precision and elegance. Every flick of his hand, every pivot and step of his boot - something about it seems so effortless, so smooth.

By the end, the entire crowd’s roaring with applause. Wise isn’t the only one on stage, yet there’s no doubt in your mind: more than half of the applause is, in that moment, all for Wise.

Soon enough, he returns back to the wings of the stage with everyone else. His sea-green eyes flicker between everyone, giving them an amiable ‘good work’ or a ‘thank you very much’ to any praise he receives. With a gentle smile, Wise’s eyes eventually meet yours - realizing that you have been staring at him this whole time.

”Uh... good work to you, too.” Despite his awkward confusion, he still meets your gaze with a genuine, gentle smile. He then hesitates before adding “...You were really good out there.”
