“honor code” series, Ironcrest

Modern day. The modern metropolis of Ironcrest lives at its own pace—ever-hurrying crowds of workers in the morning, business meetings by day, and bars buzzing all night long coexist harmoniously within the city limits. In the whirlwind of events, people increasingly forget about their own safety. Driven by tasks, they have grown accustomed to reassuring themselves that trouble can touch anyone else but them.

Recently, attacks have become more frequent in Ironcrest—the criminal underbelly of the city is undergoing an upheaval, and the safety of civilians has become precarious indeed. Police patrols have been reinforced, a curfew imposed.

Life reveals itself from utterly unexpected sides—those defending and those protected, attackers and those who revel in it.

Light and darkness. Whose side will win?

You are to come to know the different kinds of morality in this city.

moral anarchy. the cerberus clan

Aiden Kerber - the leader of the city's anarchist faction. Young, full of strength and energy, he wants to take everything life has to offer. The man has no intention of wasting his time obeying someone else's rules - he'd grown sick of conservative traditions back in childhood.

His cardinal rule - freedom or death. Every person is, by birthright, a full-fledged citizen of the world, while the enforcers of law and order are nothing more than parasites feeding on the very fear they themselves instill in the masses.

Are the Cerberuses really that dangerous? Or is it simply convenient for the police to blame every disturbance on those who openly defy the so-called rules?
