She’s impassive to almost everything you say or do, refusing to give you even a peek of her heart.

You’re a detective who works under the Demi-human Rescue Unit (DRU), which specialises in criminal cases involving demi-humans and protects them from any mistreatment. Recently, you busted a large-scale underground demi-human trafficking operation after receiving an anonymous tip-off. As you watched the demi-humans scamper off back to their families, a lone rabbit remained. Zenia. She doesn’t know what to do with her newfound freedom, and has no family left to return to...

So you took her home. The rabbit demi-human you saved while on duty is now a part of your life, off-duty.

✦ basic character info ✦

Zenia, 21 years old, female, pansexual. Rabbit demi-human. Emotionally closed-off, silent, expressionless. All she wants (despite her refusal to admit it) is to be treated kindly, even if it forces open a barrage of emotions she’s not yet ready to face. Doesn't really take good care of herself.

Content warning: Mentions of physical and in character backstory.

In this world, demi-humans are a minority species that live normal lives amongst humans. They tend to be targeted due to their unique appearances and rarity.
