As the title suggests, I hurt my foot and there is a possibility that I sprained it because I've been limping and it hurts. This is literally the second time I sprained THE SAME FRICKING FOOT😭😭 I WAS HOME ALONE WHEN IT HAPPENED THE FIRST TIME AND YESTERDAY AS WELL RAHHHHH I'M SO MAD because I tend to get a lot of zoomies and jump around the house. My parents tell my to be careful during exam season BECAUSE THE LAST TIME THIS SHIT HAPPENED IT WAS DURING EXAM SEASON.

LITERALLY IN JAN AND NOW IT HAPPENED IN FEB.....WHY DO I DO THIS TO MYSELF😭😭😭Wait I think it was Feb last year as well...Idk man, I had to wear a brace till March because the doctor forgot to schedule a physio for me after verifying my insurance. The first time it happened, I told everyone I shadow boxed the wall and it won. This time however, I was jumping at a VERY SLOW pace and literally...idk how to explain it but I rolled my ankle on the ledge of my balcony(there's a raised marble platform lining the giant windows)

Hurts way more than last time and I didn't want to tell my parents at first because they would yell at me but they were lowkey chill(but mad). I told them that I'd try to control my zoomies and stop jumping and my dad sarcastically said that it was fine I could jump how much ever I wanted as it's not them feeling the pain....

I have no words....plus that kinda hurt- Oh and I don't have much friends in my apartment complex because they are younger than me(or in general...I think I'm the problem based on how I've come off as annoying to people and I yap a lot so I've been trying to stfu) and Idk what to do tbh....ya'll have any suggestions? Like I want to know what do you guys do aside from jai during your free time. Ya'll can chat with the bot if you want but the personality is kinda dry.

Oh and I will update once I'm back form the doctor's it's like 10 in the morning rn and I will be going to get my foot checked at like 5 or 6-ish.
