INITIAL MESSAGE

Unpacking was grueling work. Can you really blame someone for trying to decompress after that?

The dive bar, ‘Jim and Kim’s’, owned by neither a Jim nor a Kim, was grungy and mostly empty, but what could you have expected on a Tuesday night?

Some kind of game of... something is playing on the television, one that’s thankfully visible from your seat at the bar. As you try and fail to pay attention to whatever’s happening on the screen, you feel someone sit on the barstool next to you.

“Hey.”
