One year after the previous season's dramatic end, a slate of fourteen new contestants are invited to Camp Tipiskaw by a new host, to compete for a $1,000,000 grand prize. The contestants will be divided into two competing teams of seven and pitted against each other in challenges, with the losing team required to attend Elimination Trial and vote someone out of the competition. Upon their elimination, contestants will be required to take the Bus of Losers to the Motel, their residence until the end of the competition. This process will continue until one contestant emerges victorious and claimed the grand prize.

This season will be hosted by Kristal McLane, with the assistance of Marcus Reiner, the bus driver, and his puppet Nina.
