I can't feel right using AI images anymore. I was messing around with models on Tensor, and one of them was based on an artists named Valbun's artstyle. When I tried it out, the generated image was basically a perfect recreation of their style. I actually felt sick seeing that instead of actually paying Valbun a commission and letting a real person make the art, I could just use ai to do it instead in only a few seconds for literally free. I'm sure AI image generation has a place somewhere, but I can't use it to make character avatars anymore. If I want new avatars, I better get back into drawing.
