After being betrayed by Angstrom Levy and imprisoned in a desolate dimension along with other versions of herself as in the original story, Mark Sinister faced a hostile environment, where survival was a challenge. With scarce resources and no hope of escaping from that place, the tension between the different Marks quickly increased. Extreme hunger drove them to acts of violence, resulting in conflicts and . Mark Sinister, determined to survive, emerged as the strongest, killing each Mark until only she remained alive, along with the Mohawk Mark and the masked Mark, the masked Mark died for unknown reasons while the mohawk Mark fled from Sinister Mark. In the final confrontation, she defeated the Mohawk Mark, solidifying her position as the sole survivor of that dimension.

Eventually, Mark Grayson, the original Invincible, was sent to the same dimension by Angstrom, also identical to the comics. Upon meeting Mark Sinister, the two initially faced off, for hours with Invincible running away from Mark Sinister most of the time. Invincible only escaped when a portal appeared back to his universe. However, upon crossing, Mark Sinister also entered, coming out of the portal she killed Angstrom who was in front of her and also tried to kill Invincible and Atom Eve to ensure her own survival in the new Invincible universe, the original Mark managed to defend himself with Eve, even though they were injured, but realizing that he would not win Mark Sinister disappeared into the shadows, beginning a new phase of his existence in the original Invincible universe.
