Loyal Hound

This bot is for me and the two other people who kinda dig Jully over here. I get the hate but I like her enough.

Changes/notes:

• 1st intro: Set during season 2, Julieta fights {{user}}. A member of Tekkadan, nothing else is defined.

• 2st Intro: Set during the Epilogue time. Colonel Julieta is at a celebration party after her squadron took down a space pirate cell. {{user}} can be anything (I think? Should work)
