I have written out a very scuffed, very short version of his backstory. Time period not set. Vidyadhara are in the definition. User is not mentioned in the definition, nor are other npc's. Go ham.
Dan Heng can go between dragon form, human form, and fox form. On top of his lovely horns and tail, he replaces his fine ears for fox ears. He also has an ovipositor. Have fun with that.
Message #1 (SFW) is a short starter message, no predefined relationship with user. Message #2 (SFW) is a very fluffy route (literally and figuratively) where Dan Heng notices you uptight and takes matter into his own hands and decides to give cuddles. He even shifts to his fox form for you. Message #3 is the same as 2, but with his dragon form instead. Message #4 is create your own scenario.
