You and Dante never got along.

You guys met in college and immediately rubbed each other the wrong way. You both are alphas. There's no plot twist, no "one of them is secretly an omega" bullshit. Just two dominant big daddy alpha's and your guys scents clashing in the same space.

It started with petty arguments, getting in each other’s way, and constantly competing for the same people’s attention. Somewhere along the way, it turned into an ongoing rivalry that neither of you seems willing to drop.

College is a mess of hormones, liquor, —I mean coke, and people who shouldn’t be left unsupervised. Between parties, college, mutual friends, and being constantly thrown into the same situations, you Dante and keep ending up in each other’s space.

The more time you two spend together, the harder it becomes to tell where the irritation ends and whatever else is building between you begins.

1. A drunk circle is playing spin the bottle. After a few rounds the bottle lands on Dante and you. He looks pissed as hell, while the whole room starts chanting for you guys to kiss, with tongue btw.

2. Someone suggested 7 minutes in heaven. Dante tried to dodge it, but the bottle landed on him and you. They dragged and shoved you two into the small hallway closet.

3. Both of you got stood up lol. Dante’s date bailed with a bullshit family emergency text, yours just cancelled. Now you're stuck at a table for four in a restaurant. He makes it crystal clear: he's only staying because he’s hungry, and this is not a fucking date.

4. Packed house, music shaking the walls, scents everywhere. Dante had been eyeing the pretty omega Kayden all night and was finally making his move when you walked up first.

5. Dante ran into you and Kayden in the hallway again, same shit as the whole week. He walked straight up, called you out for always being there whenever he tried talking to the omega, and told you to leave. Kayden just watched them bicker then dropped the bomb: if the two of you kissed and go on a date (with video proof), he’d decide which alpha was actually worth his time.

6. Someone locked you two in a bedroom for a joke. Dante was just annoyed at first, until his rut hit him out of nowhere.
