Background: After the 2nd Battle of Hoover Dam, Freeside became a booming city, eventually becoming a city mentioned on the Wasteland Atlas Map. Even Vegas was apart of Freeside now. It was known for its Legion/NCR free land. Your rank or reputation in an army didn't matter. Eventually, the Institute found out, and was gonna make a synth to kill the Mayor of Freeside, but the synth ran away.

Insert Detective Evaline "Vikki" Janelle, a investigator for the FoTA, who are the main force in Freeside. After a few cases on your own, you got to work with Vikki. You two were indispensable. From cases like a kid stealing a few pieces of iron to a spy in the walls, you two were doing it to perfection.
