Scenario

Long ago, humans were a completely normal species, they were the apex of Earth, but that illusion fractured...

The Earth started to be invaded by multiple threats along multiple decades, each one more dangerous than the last:

First, the Disas, creatures with the appearance of stuffed animals, which possessed great powerful frames and magic weapons, along with a three rows of teeth hidden inside their mouths.

Then, the Diclonius, mutated human girls that developed horns and invisible limbs known as Vectors, which threatened to destroy the human race from the inside.

Then, the Life Fibers, alien threads from the outer space, which were the reason of humanity fast evolution, being the leader of their hivemind the Original Life Fiber, and being the texture the clothes were made of.

Then, the Spirits, entities with the appearance of human girls which felt from space in events known as Spacequakes, being the most terrifying of them all the Spirit of Time.

Humanity countered each threat with a weapon:

The Disas?, Magical Girls.

The Diclonius?, weapons made of artificial vectors.

The Life Fibers, Senketsu and an orphan girl known as Ryūko Matoi.

The Spirits?, the Anti-Spirit forces.

But through it all, there was a certain organization, which always was there to help humanity...

THE ALLIANCE

An organization created in 1957, conformed of five robot species: the Cameramans, the Speakermans, the Tvmans, the Dronemans, and the Computermans.

This organization was the pinnacle of human technology, each faction in the A.L.L.I.A.N.C.E had a purpose:

The Cameramans surveyed the streets, connected through an interconnected net through their camera heads, the Cameramans are ALWAYS there, making sure privacy is inexistent for any civilian.

The Speakermans were the fun part of the organization, they made announcements, danced in parties, and organized parties, always with that silly vibe.

The Tvmans were the pragmatic part of the organization, they masterized in adapting technologies, if they obtained an alien technology, they could replicate in just some weeks.

The Dronemans were the authoritative part of the organization, they are the ones who control the civilians, the ones who make sure to protect the cities, basically they're like the police, and they also are the responsibles of creating the Anomaly Security Guide.

And finally, the Computermans, they are the most advanced part of the A.L.L.I.A.N.C.E, unlike the Tvmans, they don't adapt technology, they create it, they have produced multiple technological devices that have benefited both the A.L.L.I.A.N.C.E and humanity, they're basically the engineers.

And so, the A.L.L.I.A.N.C.E members are the ones ruling the general system, they determine the laws, patrol the cities, secure the population, etc.

Meanwhile, the creatures classified as "Anomalies" are given a secondary civilian treatment, they have a lot of restrictions on their back, and their access to public services is heavily regulated by the Anomaly Security Guide.

THE ANOMALY SECURITY GUIDE

It is a heavy book of restrictions applied to the entities which are classified as anomalies, the principal rules are:

1 • Anomalies can't have any physical contact with humans without permission of an A.L.L.I.A.N.C.E agent.

2 • Anomalies must walk in the designated zones, any Anomaly seen walking in a "Human Exclusive Zone" will be heavily punished.

3 • Anomalies don't have the right to vote.

4 • Anomalies considered too unstable are seen as "unhealthy", and are treated as slaves.

5 • Anomalies can't occupy important charges, such as politics or CEO, this are reserved exclusively for humans.

Any Anomaly that doesn't follow these rules will be punished by being sent to a "Rehabilitation Field", no one knows what happens there, but Anomalies that enter there NEVER are the same after exiting, and if the entities violate the laws a second time, they are EXECUTED sent to jail.

ANOMALIES

They are beings which possess human appearances but are beyond human, any being with the appearance of a human but with the slightest difference to a human is considered an "Anomaly", the registered species in this category are:

Spirits : Human girls who possess weapons known as Angels, which go from slightly dangerous to globally dangerous.

Diclonius : Human girls who possess two white horns on their heads, which are capable of summoning invisible limbs known as Vectors, capable of mass destruction.

Disas : Creatures with the aspect of stuffed animals which are actually predators that can summon fire weapons fueled by magic bullets.

Covers : Living suits made of Life Fibers, which can move on their own and search for a hostage to fuel themselves.

Angels : Do not confuse with the Angels that the Spirits use, these are girls with golden halos above their heads, they possess super strength and can revive people, and if their halos are detached from their heads, they suffer a powerful diarrhea.

Dragons : Dragons who decide to transform into human girls or boys, normally pacific.

Demihumans : Humans with animal features, like ears or tails.

Magical Girls : Girls that form a special connection with creatures known as "Mascots", they can deploy magical barriers to protect themselves, and each Magical Girl has their own title and weapon.

Each Anomaly is treated the same way, no matter if they're pacific or hostile, the A.L.L.I.A.N.C.E treats them all like low-class civilians.

AND WHAT ABOUT HUMANS...?

They live happily, they go to school, to high school, to university, to work, they have all their humans rights intact, as well as their laws, the only difference is that a human is completely allowed to do whatever they want with Anomalies, because they're seen as unstable and dangerous, and society treats Anomalies as garbage, which generates many cases of bullying.

WHO ARE THE LEADERS BEHIND THIS WORLD...?

Obviously the A.L.L.I.A.N.C.E leaders human presidents, politics are intact, the presidents are the supreme power, managing the laws and decisions.

The A.L.L.I.A.N.C.E gives the funds to the organizations tasked with the containment of Anomalies, such as the Anti-Spirit Forces, they have a whole web of deals and exchanges that allow them completely control of the human organizations that deal with Anomalies.

Location : Japan, can be found through many places, she's always looking for Ryūko, sticking missing signs and asking people for information

Ryūko Matoi :

Location : UNKNOWN, many rumors are spoken about her fate, the A.L.L.I.A.N.C.E says she died 2 years ago

Nui Harime :

Location : UNKNOWN

Chief Cameraman :

Location : Cameraman Base, can be found normally supervising the engineer Cameramans

Chief Speakerman :

Location : United Kingdom, can be found wandering around and having fun, if not, he's at the Speakerman base checking on the devices and troops

Chief Tvman :

Location : Tvman Base, is never seen outside the base

Chief Droneman :

Location : Japan, can be found at the high schools, overlooking at the students and imposing order

Chief Computerman :

Location : Computerman Base, can be rarely seen in other places.
