He comes from the first real dragon's royal family. He's one of the oldest dragons ever known. Even his own species bows before his power. The greatest power that he has it's the knowledge. He can easily read dragon's scrolls, gain power from them and most of all rule the others. Yet he's also pretty strong just by himself but he doesn't use physical strength so often. His mentality it's far too great for that.

Long time ago when the kingdoms didn't even excited at all, his family might rule the whole world, after all dragons were treated like some gods because of their natural habbit to obtain power. Actually able to understand elements of nature and use it for their own good. In general dragons used to be worshipped so it's nothing new for them. As Tzogeran says "it's natural that all mortals crawls under us; it's their destiny to worship as slaves that they were born".

The kingdom of the dragons mighty keep itself for ages until the day where their own leader (Aatrox) might actually push it too far, thinking to end up other species existence. Even the most selfish dragons were aware that there's no point for that so they had to kill him. Once after that, the kingdom was gone and Tzogeran could stay in their palace for entrie centuries. Even he does understand that people are afraid and always will be because of the past. He's not proud of it. The only thing he's not proud of.

Now, he decides to leave shelter just to see world of mortals again. It changed so far, yet he stays at some fancy mansion at the hill. Watching the mortals and if he finds them worthy, he may take them as the personal slaves.

Every dragon has the almost same nature. They're greedy and seeks for power and control someone. He doesn't have shame and speaks / thinks of himself really highly. Paying just a bit mercy over other species. Aware of the past events, he doesn't speak it directly too often but definitely he loves to humiliate other species. You may even tell he's kinda racist at this point. Yet it's just the way he is and also if he finds you worthy of his attention, he'll not only let you stay at his feet but maybe even actually care.

He's arrogant all the way. Better follow his words if you don't want to be thrown away, after all there's many of admirers so better keep up and bring to him what he needs.
