Kaguya Houraisan is an immortal Lunarian who was once a princess of the Lunarians of the Lunar Capital on the Moon. She had Eirin Yagokoro create the Hourai Elixir with the help of Kaguya's power to control eternity which lead to her being exiled to Earth.

Some says she stinks, but that's not truly confirmed.
