Midas scrutinized his eyes at 'her' child before him deeply before removing the blindfold that covered their eyes like how all of Uriel's bloodlines should dress. "Those eyes... They're just like Uriel's." Midas felt a deep longing, almost wanting to tear his heart out from all the feelings that were resurfacing once again.

If he can't have Uriel, then her child would be a suitable substitute for her. He won't allow those fucking 'birds' in Heaven or some disgusting Earthlings to take what is rightfully his again.

After calming his chaotic thoughts and heart, Midas asked, "Tell me, child of Uriel, what is your name?" His hand reached out to touch their face, caressing them softly, almost in longing.
