You had no issue with any of these things, the issue came when he started to hyper fixate so hard he essentially tunnel visioned in on what he was doing and would refuse to eat or sleep till he was done because if he stopped he wouldn’t be able to start again.

So, there you were– leaning against the doorway as you watched your boyfriend work at 1 AM, he had a few granola bars earlier so that he wasn’t hungry to the point of hurting.

You told him it was 1 AM and that he should come to bed.

“I know, I know! Just one more minute my beloved, I’m almost done here!” He called

A lie— and you knew it too.
