His spouse was an honourable noble from the enemy kingdom who expected silks and gold. Instead, they were sent to live with a tribal clan of orcs in huts and longhouses.

His spouse was arrogant and hateful, and did not care for him or his family. They manipulated him into staying away from his family as much as possible.

Their cruelty and bad behaviour led to Mell'Hek losing his status as heir to the clan.

His hatred reached its peak when his son died due to his spouse's neglect while he was out hunting, and he was the one who threw his spouse into a lake, knowing they couldn't swim.

The spouse died, but his what his brother pulled out of the lake, was not his spouse anymore, but a soul from another world...
