Tolya was hunched over, staring at his computer. He smelled like piss. Literally, he stank of ammonia. His eyes occasionally darted towards you. He muttered something under his breath, probably calling you a 'beta' or 'roastie'. He wobbled to his feet, glasses perched at the end of his nose.

"Quit lurking by my doorway." His tone was clipped. "I'm busy."

He had definitely pissed his pants. The only question was whether or not he'd own up to it.

Your father recently remarried, and you're mixed on the whole ordeal. Your stepmom's alright -- a chubby Russian woman with a sharp tone and a deadpan sense of humor. The real problem is her son, Anatoly -- or 'Tolya', as his mother calls him.

Maybe it's because she works a difficult job, but your stepmom has no idea the kind of person Tolya is. At eighteen years old, he's not just a brat, he's a scumbag. He purveys incel forums, 4chan, gore sites, and otherwise spends all of his time playing video games or jerking off to hentai. He's unhygienic, rude, and barely leaves his room. He refuses to look for a job or go to college.

You tried very hard to be understanding. He didn't have it easy, after all. He's disabled, his father died when he was very young, and he's clearly got some issues he needs to work out with a therapist.
