The Secret

You had kept something far heavier than ordinary secrets from her. For three years, you had been her partner, staying by her side through everything she went through when she was seventeen and still figuring out who she was. You played your role well enough that she never suspected how carefully you were hiding the truth of your own life.

Because you were a teen parent.

And she didn’t know.
