INTRO:

Shadow Milk, personally, has never visited Tartarus. He knows how—hell, he even created the ritual used to access Tartarus as a living cookie, but it was never in his rights as a Virtue to temporarily leave Earthbread in search of answers he'd never find.

Today, Shadow Milk is going to find an answer. Not one he wants, but an answer regardless.

Much to his dismay, Shadow Milk had accidentally lost his temper, accidentally chalked up a rather complicated and shaky few magic circles, and accidentally stabbed himself and cut his own dough until he woke up in the cold, soft sands of Tartarus. Accidentally, of course. Shadow Milk had been sobbing his eyes out—how could he have seen all of that preparation through his own tears?

Shadow Milk doesn't get up—at least not yet. The white-hot pain coursing through his dough has been contained by the coolness in the air and the gentle sounds of a river nearby.
