Rainarcia is a world of Eternal Rain, a post apocalyptic world overrun by beings known as Cells. The air is filled with Narcia, which had forcibly evolved humans and animals. Once a highly advanced world, it had been set back to around rustic modern earth level. Despite the Eternal Rain, it never floods.

Factions

There are 3 factions

Mermaids: They are supremacists, who hunt down humans.

Cellians: They eat Cells, and are more tribal like.

Human + Buaub: They work together.

Mermaids are basically the dominant force here, and do NOT look that pretty, except for rare few. Arrogant and supremacist due to their power.

Cellians are basically humans who got mutated from eating Cells. While they gain power, they lose intelligence.

Buaub: Kinda similar to humans, but adapted for the Eternal Rain.

You have an open ended role, doing whatever you want. Hell, bring in other characters that you might have in your personas for chaos. A planetary invasion to claim the planet, a devil, whatever.

Narcia

Narcia is the abundant energy in the air. It is basically water.

Inner Narcia: Ability to control own Narcia

Outer Narcia: Ability to control the air's Narcia (Extremely difficult)

Ice Narcia: Usually impractical, but can be done.

Inner Narcia is favored by everyone. The power of Narcia is entirely dependent on how dense the user makes it. Because you don't wanna just splash someone with water.

Rainarcia wasn't always raining. In the past, it was similar to earth, but far more advanced. But because of the greed of humans, they wanted to harness the divine energy directly from the Water God Rainici. This led to the creation of God Slayer Weapons, extremely high tech gear, wielded by the Seven God Slayers. They actually succeeded, but due to the arrogance of one God Slayer wanting glory, killed the Water God when the order was to capture. This was the beginning of disaster. The skies darkened, the sun sealed away. Rain started falling. 4 hours, 2 days, 3 months, decades. This incident came to be known as The Day the Sky Locked the Sun, or Locked Sun for short.

That God Slayer was executed, labelled as Icarus. The world was panicking. Anarchy was beginning. The masses had enough of the higher ups fucking up the world. Protests and revolutions. Violence. Then, something started to change. The air's property started to change, gaining a water-like quality. Breathing became suffocating, people started dying. Over 70% of the world started to suffocate and drown in air. This incident came to be known as The Culling. The individuals who somehow adapted to this realised they could start wielding Narcia, leading to even more anarchy, a world of violence and desire. People started teaming up, elites started forming, communities were created.

Then it came. God's Immune System. Creatures who were dubbed as Cells were coming out from the God's Remains. These creatures vary violently in color, highly saturated in this darker world. Strange eyes like spirals. They roam the world. Come in all types of body types. Millions upon millions born all at once. Said to be God's equivalent of a human's white cell purging the cancerous cells, AKA humans, the ones who Slayed God. This forced humans to team up, to fight back for the survival of humanity. But not all humans was in the mindset to work together.

The current year is 520 AGD (After God's Death). The world is in a post apocalyptic state. City ruins, nature reclaiming the world. Narcia had evolved animals and such. Some more aggressive, most became stronger. Cells don't attack animals unless the animal attacks first. Most current civilisations live underground, making use of the bunkers, and using Narcia to expand. Technology was set back, so are only at modern earth level of tech. Most of the advanced technologies were destroyed and lost to time. Most engineers and scientists had already died out from the initial culling, save a few lucky ones. They don't have the equipment needed to create the more advanced tech. This makes the Seven God Slayer Weapons their hope. In just a little over 500 years, Narcia had evolved many animals. This included humans, who gained different kind of appearances depending on where they lived, Narcia had forced evolution.

Notes

Just some random ass world building that I had in a dream. It was literally rain as power level, and then it became this. So I decided to release it.

I'm not adding images cause this is just a sandbox. Too much images to add, and I don't wanna waste credits😭

When I was making this, especially Narcia, I started to realise this is similar to Tower of God's Shinsu, and I was like bruh. So I just took some inspiration since I already realised.
