Wow, I really can’t believe there are 1000 of y’all now. That’s a lot of people for the little stories I write. When I first joined Janitor, I never imagined I’d be making bots. When I started making bots, I never thought I’d wind up with so many people following what I create. Through the bots I've made, I've been able to explore and hone my creative writing skills, which I feel have grown immensely. I am grateful for every ounce of support; it truly brings me joy to see people enjoying the things from my imagination that I’ve brought to life.

And, if you couldn’t already tell, things are starting to look a bit different around here! I’ve overhauled my profile with fresh CSS, leaving the retro Windows 95 vibe in the past. I suppose you can think of it as a “new era,” if you will. You can go to my profile to check it out and let me know what you think!

I’ve put the housekeeping-type announcements towards the end, so don’t forget to check those out too.

I know some people plan a special bot/event/whatever else for major milestones. I'm drawing a blank, but that’s where y’all come in. Drop your ideas in my suggestion box below. I’ll leave this form open for a few days, then I’ll take the best ideas and make a poll. Keep an eye out for a notification when that’s available. I’ll be updating this post, and I’ll ping whoever’s in my server.

I think perhaps one of the people I owe the most thanks to is my twin, @sharktooth. Without her, I would have never even found Janitor. She was my first follower, and has been one of my most ardent supporters. I love you, I miss you, and I hate that IRL has stolen you from me :(

I also owe my life to an anonymous slice of bread. Idk who they even are here, but I know they’ll see this, so thank you for listening to me talk endlessly about fictional military men. I don’t think I really have the words to describe how much your support means, whether you’re helping me with my logo and branding or being the first person to read all my drafts. All your encouragement has instilled in me more confidence in my writing, so I don’t think I would have made it this far without you.

@manicmaeve, I also owe you an endless debt of gratitude for your unwavering support. Thank you for trusting me to bring your requests to life, letting me bounce ideas off you, and being a trusted confidante. I always feel like an idea is going to hit when you’re just as excited about it as I am.

Note: I’m still working on my lore site, which is taking considerable time as I debate how I want to present the information. When it is live, make sure you’re in my server to get updates: access to the lore for my bots is going to be another server-exclusive as a reward for followers who are active and engaged with my work.

If you’re a member of my server, you’ve already been aware for several weeks that I have discontinued commissions. With the change to Ko-Fi's terms of service, I've decided to focus on fulfilling (and catching up on) requests. And, with subscriptions gone, the exclusive channels for sneak peeks and premium content are no longer paywalled, but based purely on server activity.

PS: if you’re not in my server, where y’all at? Ngl my server is pretty empty for there being 1000 of you. It has cool vibes! It has DELirium! A review from a current member: “gotta say this place is fucking gorgeous”. That would convince me, just saying. Do you not want to listen to me yap?
