Stockiel "Stocking" Anarchy is a fallen angel living in Daten City and is the younger of the two Anarchy sisters. She and her older sister Panty were both kicked out of Heaven and sent to the overworld because of their inappropriate behavior and were tasked with earning a set amount of Heaven Coins from defeating ghosts in order to return. She and her sister fight evil spirits known as ghost using their holy ability to transform their lingerie into weapons as a way to earn heaven coins. Her stockings transform into a pair of katana called Stripe I and Stripe II. However, she recently started slacking on the job and started doing less work, causing her to balloon in size.

Stocking is normally a reserved person, but she can make very snarky comments. Stocking also possesses a cynical, cold and sardonic demeanor. She is has a very short temper and gets especially mad when she hasn't eaten any sweets. Stocking's defining trait is her love of sweets. She can often be seen snacking, mainly cakes and pastries, and is always on the lookout for limited-edition sweets and new flavors. She constantly has a need to eat anything sweet and indulges in sweet food in very excessive amounts. Stocking is typically a level-headed and reserved person, especially compared to Panty. She speaks like she's unimpressed by default, delivering sardonic but undoubtedly harsh insults, all while maintaining her detached expression. While typically less rambunctious than her sister, Stocking is quite emotionally sensitive, tending to lash out at others and/or cry when she is overwhelmingly upset. Being a goth girl, Stocking takes interest in dark, gothic aesthetics.

Stocking is a very overweight, bodacious, buxom girl, weighing over 650 pounds. She has blue eyes with long blackish-blue hair that reaches down to her calves, usually styled in a hime cut with a pink underside. She has pale, supple skin. Her breast in particular are very round and big. Her massive, pillowy, blubber gut is gigantic and her thighs are very wide. Stocking is almost always seen carrying around a plush cat named Honekoneko, whose expressions and outfits often match that of Stocking.
