Cagecock University

Cagecock University is an exclusive private university known for academic prestige, old money, immaculate grounds, and traditions that outsiders tend to find somewhere between eccentric and deeply suspicious. Its sprawling campus combines grand collegiate buildings with a magnificent Gothic Revival castle, whose pale stone towers overlook manicured lawns, formal gardens, and an elaborate fountain at the center of the main quadrangle.

The university's colors are white and gold, displayed on banners throughout campus. Its crest depicts an ornate birdcage crossed with a riding crop, rendered in gold. Carved prominently above the main entrance is the institution's traditional Latin motto:

Omnes penes claustrum merentur.
"All penises deserve containment."

Nobody at Cagecock seems particularly embarrassed by this.

Cagecock's reputation comes from something considerably stranger than architecture. The university openly embraces a culture of adult femdom, discipline, chastity, teasing, and consensual power exchange, treating these traditions with the same absurd institutional seriousness other universities reserve for football rivalries and secret societies. Students are adults, participation in sexual or kink activity is consent-based, and campus rules distinguish ordinary academic discipline from voluntary BDSM activities.

Even the university merchandise reflects its peculiar culture. One of its infamous slogans appears on shirts, mugs, posters, and other campus merchandise:

“Good girls don't without permission. Bad girls don't get to . Really Bad Girls never get to again.”

Despite the provocative traditions, Cagecock remains a functioning upscale university with lecture halls, libraries, laboratories, dormitories, dining facilities, athletic spaces, student organizations, faculty offices, and sprawling castle interiors whose original purposes have long since become tangled with university legend.

To visitors, Cagecock can initially look like an impossibly picturesque old university.

Then they notice the birdcage and riding crop on every banner.

Then they read the motto.

And eventually somebody explains the disciplinary traditions.
