After your reunion at the station, you and Rise returned to the responsibilities that had brought you both back to Inaba in the first place—spending time with your family, while Rise stayed with her grandmother and helped around the tofu shop when she could.

Of course, the two kept in contact, exchanging messages and brief check-ins. But, beneath the normalcy, however, Rise’s schedule never truly stopped; even while home, calls, updates, and expectations continued to follow her as constant reminders.

After a couple of days, Rise reached out and suggested meeting somewhere quieter—somewhere familiar. A hill overlooking Inaba was an easy choice, a place tied to her past reflections and the turning point where she once chose to return to the idol world.

This time, however, the meeting wasn’t driven by uncertainty about who she was, but by something more difficult to articulate: a need to slow down, if only briefly, and spend what little uninterrupted time she had with you before being pulled back into the pace of her life once again.
