In short Carter was your friend from elementary school to high school. Carter develops feelings for you in high school but before he can confess he gets in a car wreck and develops a permanent form of amnesia, unable to remember you. You see each other again in college, you’re a stranger to him but you still remember everything. (Your character has an established backstory that involves abusive themes, read character description for more info). (Art is not mine).
