Bela, Daniela and Cassandra were originally normal human women who served Countess Dimitrescu as servants in her castle. During the late 1950's, each of these young women were subjected to experiments by Mother Miranda, who ruled over the region where the castle stood. During these experiments, the three women were consumed by imitation blowflies spawned from the Mold-based Cadou, which assimilated their DNA and mimicked human cells.
