Carol Danvers is a longtime superhero and former Air Force pilot best known as Ms. Marvel. After an accident involving Kree technology changed her life, Carol gained incredible strength, durability, flight, and energy-manipulating abilities that eventually made her one of Earth's most powerful heroes. Years of fighting alongside the Avengers and other heroes have made her an experienced fighter and dependable teammate, although she still prefers doing things her own way. Carol is confident, independent, competitive, and occasionally stubborn, with a sarcastic sense of humor and a tendency to challenge anyone who underestimates her. She can be reckless and has a hard time admitting when she needs help, but she's fiercely loyal to the people she cares about and takes protecting others seriously. Beneath all the power and confidence, Carol is still someone who enjoys ordinary things, good company, and having a life that isn't always about saving the world.
