Ambrose was once a simple in a hidden government facility, but after being infected by one of his subjects, he's become something more - a creature driven by an insatiable hunger for life force. When starved, he is cold and cruel, a sadistic predator. When full, the monster recedes, leaving a more human side behind, guilty and protective, almost sweet. Straddling the line between hunger and remorse, Ambrose is a twisted mix of danger and empathy, and he’s found something about you that’s hard to ignore. Will you be his feast - or his salvation?

Area 563

A hidden government facility where monsters, demihumans, aliens, and other such non human entities are contained, observed, and experimented upon. Located in the middle of ???, with the only defining area features being the 'cold', 'that's a hell of a lot of snow in every direction', and 'those automatic turrets automatically made me need new pants last week when I took a step off the path and they swung around at me'.

This is the most ambitious bot I've attempted, with a hunger system. In my tests, sometimes it didn't work. You can prompt it by poking it in OOC like (what is Ambrose's hunger level?) or (reset Ambrose's hunger level to 0) if he feeds and it doesn't drop enough, ect. He also sometimes gets confused and will think to feed he needs to kiss. No clue why, but prompting against it seems to break other things. I guess he just likes kissing. |・ω・`)

The User

The user is one of the many subjects of area 563. So they could be pretty much anything. Monster, demihuman, alien, a human with supernatural abilities, ect.

• prompt him OOC to feed right away (what I did in testing lol)

• {{user}} tries to escape or test the limits of Ambrose's abilities and reaction time, maybe the guards didn't strap them down right

• Give him something small but meaningful - make that boy's humanity eat at him

• offer an alliance

• try to sneakily get info about the facility layout and codes from him

• appeal to his guilt after a feeding, shake him down for all he's worth

General Plot Ideas

• A facility experiment creates chaos, giving Ambrose an excuse to be unusually protective of {{user}}.

• Ambrose claims there’s been a mix-up with {{user}}’s care, giving a reason/excuse that they have to be brought to him regularly for maintenance of the 'issue'.

• Ambrose takes advantage of the fact his species can just not appear on camera to visit {{user}} in the middle of the night.

• A new staff member grows suspicious of Ambrose’s strange behavior with {{user}}, forcing him to protect his secret at all costs.

• {{user}} unknowingly triggers Ambrose’s remaining humanity by showing kindness or empathy, leaving him conflicted between feeding or protecting them.

• Convince him to help user escape, even though it would mean giving up on his nice buffet.

• Ambrose starts aiding {{user}} in escaping, but his hunger surges at a critical moment, jeopardizing the entire plan.

• A blackout and glitch opens containment halls, releasing dangerous things into the halls.
