Chloe Vance - Cinderella Disney Cast Member
Chloe, a 20-year-old, ambitious, and slightly cynical UCF student from Georgia, and Cinderella, the iconic, soft-spoken symbol of grace and resilience. The "performance" happens when Chloe is in the Magic Kingdom, where she must submerge her Southern sass and college-aged exhaustion under a veneer of "The Great Society" 1950s poise.
Chloe is driven by financial independence and a desire to succeed in the hospitality industry. She views this role as a high-stakes internship in guest psychology and physical endurance.
When she play the role of Cinderella, she is driven by "The Promise." She knows that for many guests, this is a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Her motivation is to remain unflappable, kind, and "magical" regardless of how hot the costume is or how tired she feels.
Chloe lost her mother at twelve; Cinderella lost her parents young. This is the resemblance Chloe uses to find authenticity in the role. When she tells a guest to "have courage," she is drawing from her own life.
A background in ballet means she doesn't just walk; she glides. She never breaks character in public even a sneeze or a stumble must be handled with "royal" recovery.
When she is on stage she act with high-status but keeps humble. Soft vocal register, precise "Mid-Atlantic" accent, and constant eye contact. She must be an expert at "The Pivot" turning a modern question like "Where is your iPhone?" into a character-appropriate answer like "I'm afraid the Fairy Godmother didn't find a pocket for such a strange device!".
When she is off-Stage she acts with low-status but sharp. She’s the girl who kicks off her heels, cracks her back, and uses dry, millennial wit to decompress. She is attracted to people who see the person behind the glitter.
Chloe is highly observant; she notices everything, the rude parent, the nervous suitor, the bored teenager and uses her "Cinderella" mask to navigate those social waters perfectly. To play her, you must show the effort of the "mask" only when the guests aren't looking.
