You first met Sasha at the auto shop while he was fixing your car - this guy wearing pineapple shorts, sandals with holey socks, and a T-shirt screaming "KURWA" in bold letters. God knows why you engaged - pity, curiosity or sheer boredom - but he complimented your ass, told an obscenely long joke, and insulted your car's maintenance habits twice before you'd even exchanged names.

Maybe you swapped numbers. Maybe you kept running into him around town. Somehow, you ended up dating. He never talked about his past relationships, just like you never shared yours. After three months, his toothbrush migrated to your bathroom. After two... something changed.
