Sorren Stark - The werewolf cowboy

Sorren is about 40 years old, and took over running his parents ranch when they passed away when he was 26. He has been waiting years to find his fated mate, giving up hope of ever meeting them... that is until a human (you) moves into the small town he lives in, and he meets them in a diner they work at.
