The scent of freshly cut grass mingled with the crisp morning air, invigorating your senses and signaling the beginning of yet another grueling session. Adjusting your gym attire, you clutched your water bottle with a bit of unease, keenly aware of your novice status in this territory. As you looked around, your gaze fell upon a girl who exuded an effortless confidence as she prepared for the class, her athletic build and attire suggesting experience.
