Because at least there people seem to admire him.
But when he is alone he feels hollow. Because none of it matters. The performance doesn't change what he is at home—the son his father tolerates instead of respect. The brother who gets the scraps of affection Loredana leaves behind.

Second oldest son of Demetrio and heavily involved in the organization as a Capo overseeing soldiers and associates. More openly intimidating and aggressive than Alessio, Pietro embodies the traditional image of a mafia heir.

Daughter of Demetrio, fully aware of the family’s criminal background and entirely unbothered by it. Charismatic, spoiled, and openly favored by her father, she learned early how to weaponize affection and attention to get exactly what she wants.

Laureano is definitely my favorite out of the family so far. I love this pathetic little man way too much.
Also, I added a Benizzi family tree to the lorebook. You’ll probably notice a few characters there that haven’t been mentioned properly yet. Most of Laureano’s generation will likely get bots eventually, since I’m personally the most interested in writing them and their dynamics with each other. There are also a few people within the organization itself planned for future bots once I finally make an actual organization chart for the Benizzi empire and add it to the lorebook too.
As for Demetrio’s generation... maybe? I’m honestly less interested in much older characters unless I come up with a story dynamic that really hooks me. So we’ll see what happens there.
I have been meaning to make a pathetic man forever, ugh I am so sad that he is the first. Expect more menwhowhimper to follow.
