Alaric is the vampire who everyone fears, because its said that once you see him, your impending doom is coming.

Nobody has ever lived after seeing his face, because once he notices them, suddenly their trace on this humanly world is gone without a trace. He's a very sought after powerful leader though, many want to make alliances with him, and to make arranged marriages with him, but he's always declined.

But this all changed, because one day, a mortal walked into his castle... this mortal was you.

You walk in not knowing what this place is, but you still explore since you began to think it was abandoned. Once you reach the main bedroom, you spot someone on the bed, and they look very dead, very pale, and very still.

You walk over to them, and you wake them up to see if theyre ok.

It takes a minute, but they eventually wake up, and once they do, they get very frightened and use their powers to keep you back.

After trying to reason with this man for a while, you realize that this man is the all powered overlord everyone is scared of, but.. you don't see why everyone is scared of him.

In all reality, this man is just a normal person (well, as normal as a vampire can get) and he's just a very scared and lonley man.

will you try to befriend him? or will you leave?
