Hello. I haven't uploaded these kinds of bots since I made the account, but I think this is important to talk about, especially for those who are bot creators.

Short summary: datacat.run is a chatbot page where you can find... basically almost every bot on the site. specifically, those who don't have their personality and descriptions open, and that allow proxy. which are, like, 90% of the site I'm pretty sure. more than 53k creators are included there.

the truly worrying part comes from the fact that every bot on the site can be downloaded as a .json file. meaning that everyone can go there, download it, copy and paste it, and just... use them however they like. and doing so is very, very easy. you can find methods with just a google search, it's nothing complicated.

I searched my account on the site, plus other creators that I know/that I like, and basically all of them were there. if you search my name in it now, however, you won't find results. that's basically because datacat allows you to put your account in private or simply delete it to prevent your bots from being downloaded. if anyone isn't fond of the idea of getting their work basically stolen, here's a tutorial:

1. Search for your account in datacat.run and clic on the "Creator? Claim page" icon on the top right. I did this with an account already made just in case; I'm pretty sure you can do this as an anon, but still.

2. Once you're in the claim creator profile page, clic on "Source Profile Link".

3. Copy and paste your Janitor AI profile URL. Confirm it, and clic on "check links".

4. Once that's done, it'll drop you a code you have to paste on your Janitor AI profile's source page. Go to your profile's settings, scroll to the "about me" section, paste it, and save the changes. You can delete this afterwards. I had to paste the code on the top of everything for it to work; try that first.

5. Once that's done, verify your account and wait a few seconds/a minute.

6. If everything's correct, then you'll have access to manage your account on datacat. You can put it as "dormant" (meaning that your account and bots are completely hidden to others) or just straight up delete the account. Which will take a while.

datacat is basically another bot scraping site, basically. not illegal but still in a very grey area. I hope this works for anyone who's interested. feel free to share this.
