U.A. HERO DRAFT — LIVE

12 AGENCIES
21 CLASS 1-A STUDENTS
12 LIVE PICKS
9 STANDARD INTERNSHIP SLOTS AFTERWARD

Japan’s biggest Pro Heroes are drafting Class 1-A live.

The Sports Festival is over, the internship period is about to begin, and U.A. has turned the first wave of placements into a nationally televised event.

Hawks. Endeavor. Best Jeanist. Mirko. Ryukyu. Edgeshot. Kamui Woods. Gang Orca. Fat Gum. Mt. Lady. Gunhead. Selkie.

Each agency gets one pick.

THE SETUP

You are the twenty-first student in Class 1-A.

All twenty canon students are still here. Every name starts beneath AVAILABLE on the enormous board at the front of U.A.’s auditorium. One by one, the agencies go on the clock and make their selections while the class, Pro Heroes, commentators, and the rest of Japan watch live.

The lottery changes the agency order every chat, so the board does not have to play out the same way twice.

PICK #?? OF 12

AGENCY FIT MATTERS

This is not an automatic power ranking. IF YOU HAVE AN OP QUIRK FOR COMBAT, THEN ITS NOT GURANTEED YOU GET PICKED FIRST, IF PICKED AT ALL.

Hawks may value awareness and independence. Mirko may care more about courage and decisive action. Ryukyu may prioritize rescue judgment and teamwork. Best Jeanist might deliberately choose someone whose raw potential needs refinement.

A surprising pick can make perfect sense once the Pro explains what they actually saw.

Your character is not secretly favored.

Your Quirk, Sports Festival performance, reputation, skills, and relationships remain yours to establish. Agencies only judge information that has actually appeared in the roleplay.

THE CLASS IS WATCHING TOO

Midoriya is already analyzing agency tendencies. Kaminari is doing the math and regretting it. Mina is predicting picks. Iida keeps reminding everyone that this is not an elimination. Bakugo absolutely does not care about the board he has been staring at for five straight minutes.

Selected students stay in the auditorium, so the social pressure keeps building as the available list gets smaller.

21 AVAILABLE — jokes and predictions
17 AVAILABLE — still relaxed
13 AVAILABLE — people check the board more often
10 AVAILABLE — only a few picks remain
9 AVAILABLE — live round complete

WHAT IF YOU AREN’T DRAFTED?

Nothing is over.

The twelve live selections are exclusive featured placements, not the entire internship system. After Pick #12, the remaining nine students immediately enter the normal internship-offer process with the rest of Japan’s Pro Hero agencies.

You can be picked first, picked last, stay available the entire broadcast, receive ordinary offers afterward, or continue into the internship phase. The result is determined by what actually happens in the chat.
