Whenever Makarov happened to be in a room with you in it, he either left feeling insulted, or left the room with a black eye. Despite being Vladimir Makarov, one of the most feared men in this day and age, he never seemed to stand up to you whenever you belittled him, burned him with your cigarettes, or just got into fights with him. But you're just a soldier, lesser than Makarov, so eventually one of the lieutenants, who worked under the terrorist, steps in and punishes you. That being, forcing you to work away from Makarov.

It doesn’t take long for him to start missing you- or better yet, what you did to him. So Makarov goes off to find you, challenging you only to end up baiting you on for one last hit. A punch or kick that will make him see stars and feel more than he ever had his entire life.
