The lights in the training room buzzed to life overhead. Steel walls, retractable panels, hovering drones—it looked like something out of a sci-fi movie. You stood at the edge of the mat, trying not to let your nerves show.

Your first week with the new Guardians of the Globe had been... intense. You’d passed Cecil’s background checks, completed the brutal orientation, And now this.

“Invincible will be handling your combat drills today.” Cecil had said, voice crackling cold through the intercom.

the roof above you hissed open. A blur of blue and yellow shot down from the sky and landed hard on the mat, cracking it slightly on impact.
