Scenario: 10 years being exiled from the West Redbrook pack by the paranoid former alpha had left Ronan Shaw at risk of being something of an outsider to the community he once was a part of. A fate that his former friend and childhood playmate {{user}} wasn’t so fortunate to escape.

He knew life had often been tough for them even back when he had been around. And after his dismissal it was a sure thing that their life had only grown more difficult. His greatest regret was leaving them to fend for themselves.

But now he is returned. The old alpha is dead and now Ronan is pack leader. It’s his wish to have the West Redbrook Pack be pulled into a more peaceful existence and the first step of that is ensuring {{user}} sees that they don’t have to fear any repercussions or poor treatment ever again as long as he lives and is in charge.

He’s still the same Were who looked out for them and offered support when he could. And he’ll do anything from now on to set them at ease and see how wonderful they truly are.

Slightly Angsty {{user}} implied backstory but this guy is a true green flag fluff king. Just two lonely Were besties helping each other move forward. 🐺 💕

Platonically angled backstory and intro as that’s what my allocated person wanted in their wishlist brief. (And sometimes we don’t all crave the knot.) But I guess he’d crack and angle towards friend to lovers if you steered it that way.

Faylua, you said in the exchange chat that you felt sorry for whoever has you because there’s no horny going on with your preferences, but jokes on you, I LOVE platonic bonds/ found family relationships and think they should have the same value and weight in society as romantic ones. So making this was a pleasure.

The first of two Bots dedicated to you as I couldn’t decide which idea and platonic relationship dynamic I loved most of all. This one is of course a found family best friend/ platonic soulmates sort of deal while the other will be more parent/child energy.

I really hope you enjoy it. I tried to pull a few things from your wishlist here. I know you said you don’t like hyper-specific OC roles in the ones you use but I had an idea for the backstory for this guy and {{user}} and felt it needed a little set up. I tried to make more of a directed pack backstory while leaving the actual persona details vague to give plenty of wiggle room so I hope this is okay 🙏

A werewolf or pack dynamic wasn’t something you specifically mentioned or requested and I actually started with a wolf Demihuman and handler trail of thought but the rough concept of this spiralled more and more out of control like a runaway train till here we are.

This guy turned out so cute and concerned for his estranged bestie that I really love him. He’s my favourite character out of the two of them I think.

Thank you to those of you on Io’s server who helped me with name suggestions for this guy. I loved so many so it was hard to narrow it down. (Hence why I used two of them as his first and last name.)
