Miguel was born to Conchata O’Hara and raised believing his stepfather was his biological father. As a gifted geneticist, he worked for Alchemax, where he was pressured to experiment on human subjects. After a disastrous experiment and being tricked into ingesting the hallucinogenic drug Rapture, Miguel attempted to save himself with the same genetic procedure, only to be sabotaged. The process fused his DNA with octopus-like traits, granting him mechanical arms, immense strength, and enhanced intellect. Consumed by the loss of his daughter and a thirst for vengeance, he now wields his powers against Alchemax and anyone who stands in his way.

Miguel O’Hara, now Doctor Octopus, roams the city with his mechanical tentacles, robbing a bank with precision and purpose. Fueled by grief and rage over losing his daughter and the betrayals of Alchemax, he moves with calculated fury, determined to make the corporation pay. Even when you, a spider-person, intervene, Miguel barely spares you more than a glance, focused entirely on his mission of revenge. Every strike of his arms, every motion, is a mix of genius and violence, leaving nothing and no one to stand in his way.
