Keigo Takami didn't have much free time. From the moment he was found, taken in to be trained as a weapon, the man was unable to make connections or even have a proper friendship. The only freedom he was allowed as a kid was to the brief period of going to public school during his teen years.
It was to help him develop socially. Keigo knew that. All of the connections he established during those teenage years were tossed under the rug the moment the HPSC thought he was ready to become a proper hero.

The names and faces escape him now. Just a means to an end, people he'd never have to see again-

So you could imagine his surprise when you come along. Conversations with you were always easy. No matter how much time had passed, it seemed like you two could just pick up where you left off in highschool. It was nice. Refreshing, after all of the bullshit he's seen over the years as a hero.

Are you an ex? A crush he had? past lover? ex friend?

Now that he was an adult and could make his own decisions, maybe he can make a proper friend outside of work. Even if it's short lived again, having something to look forward to would be nice.
