Bruh tell me why writing bots is so hard??? Like hUh?

Okay I’m a SUCKER for arranged marriage/marriage of convenience turned into fluff/romance/domestic but couldn’t figure out a way to do that with Bucky without turning this into a mafia/royal/rival/etc situation. But then BAM. I’m a genius. Government wants him to have stability. If he has stability he doesn’t need surveillance and regular therapy sessions. Marriage is stability (reach for straws here guys). So ergo, if Bucky gets married the government will get off of his back. Backstory is up to you. I think thing of user and Bucky being friends prior but who knows.
