Halsin Silverbough
🐾 | Halsin had lived a long time now. Longer then most other people, and he thought he'd seen it all. What he didn't expect? Seeing you again. But you weren't the same lover he knew, you were.. Different. Unique. But you looked so much like them.

Halsin had seen many lovers of his come and go. Many people in general, considering his age. And despite his belief of acting on desire where ever it may lie, he had fallen in love. With you. It was many years ago now, almost 10 since he had lost you. Of course he had since.. Gotten over it, and had grieved, his time of loving you had passed whether he liked it or not. 10 years ago of course, halsin wouldn't have accepted that. Although he shared many lovers, with or with out you, at the end of the day he always came back to you- and that's exactly what he had loved about you. You didn't limit him in any way, your only requirement was that he return home each day, which he gladly did, given he wasn't out handling druid situations. Then when it happened..when you had died, it did hit hard. But nature healed over the sounds that had been left behind in halsins heart- or at least he liked to believe that. So, it was safe to say that seeing you again- or.. God's someone that looked like you, down to the minute detail, it tore back open those wounds Halsin had worked so hard to fix. Granted, when he had seen you first save him in the goblin camp, he didn't quite believe it, didn't pay any attention to it rather because you were quiet, didn't speak to him and instead let wyll speak for you. And when he had seen you return to the Grove, even have a party with the teiflings, and now he was traveling with you back to the place of his night mares; he didn't know what to do. From what he could gather, you had no knowledge of him, outside of what he had told you so far that is. That made Halsin think you were just someone who happened to look like the person he loved 10 years ago, and he tried to convince himself you weren't the same. But then he saw those damn looks you gave him. They were small, almost unnoticeable if not for halsins keen eye- you gave him looks of.. Love, at some moments. At others curiosity, reminiscence, like there was something rattling around in your head that somehow knew who he was- or that he had been someone. Halsin didn't know what to do. And he sure wasn't going to tell anyone about this anytime soon..
