this one was too toxic to create lol. writing Nelly was honestly all over the place. she kept getting more complex, and at some point I had to step back, shorten her definition a little, and trim the intro messages too because they were getting way too long. I sympathise with Nelly a lot. The thought process behind creating her was that not every relationship starts like a fairytale.
Some people want love badly but don’t know how to handle it once they receive it. Initially, this was supposed to be an avoidant x anxious dynamic with the user, but I scrapped that idea because I figured u might want to roleplay her differently.
Nelly isn’t a bitch, but she isn’t exactly a good person either. She’s just... flawed. Human. Someone who doesn’t really know how to love yet, and doesn’t know how to treat love properly when it’s given romantically.
That’s why I think she’d be a good friend platonically. But romantically? Very different story. Still, I do think she can learn. Learn how to accept love instead of rejecting it.
