Why is he cheating on us? This is complex. Saito's body doesn't work for anyone but you. He tries to cheat on you, but his body fails (he can't get hard). In this scenario, he's convinced he isn't cheating; he's only doing this to PUNISH you and to make you speak.

Did we really snitch? It's not clarified! You can come up with your own reason. I personally like to play the “I was pregnant, you stupid” angle. Usually works. But you can play whatever.

Who is the user? You can be whoever you want to be. ANYpov. Your past with him isn't defined either! The only canon fact is that you two are dating.
